3. Payments & Refunds
   Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. No refunds are applicable once a project has started unless stated in a written contract. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary content to ensure smooth project execution. Any delays from the client’s side may affect deadlines.

5. Limitation of Liability
   Beyond Karma Tech is not responsible for any indirect losses, including downtime, security breaches, or business disruptions arising from our services.

6. Modifications & Updates
   We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
